Our terms and conditions are detailed in the following text. By reading our terms and conditions, you accept all information stated. If you do not agree to our terms and condition you should navigate away from our website/ domain. We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions without notification or warning. You should read carefully prior to purchase.
Our products are handmade. Once your products has been made it will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. You will receive
notification by email once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Our deliveries are used through the service of Royal Mail 2nd class 48h, which can take up to 48 hours from date/time of postage. Please note that these are guideline times and may take a little longer for delivery. Orders not received after 7 days from postage date please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org where we can open a dispute and track/trace your order through Royal Mail.
Our products are thoroughly inspected before being packaged prior to postage. Should you receive any damaged goods. Please contact us within 48 hours on our email email@example.com with supporting evidence (photographs) including broken goods, inner and outer packaging and also reference/order number. This will allow us to carry out further investigation. Persons reporting must be the purchaser of goods.
We do not accept refunds on the disliking of scents chosen. In the event of an order being returned due to damage. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will then issue a full refund or replacement. Refund payments will be determined by how your purchase was paid for. Payments made through PayPal will be refunded up to 1 working day. Payments made through Debit/Stripe or credit card, refund will take up to 1 week.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that they have enclosed the correct postal address/details prior to purchase. Please ensure that any such details have been entered correctly or recently updated. Products sent to the wrong address due to wrong information being provided will not be refunded or resent.
